Library Information for Faculty
Book, Video & Periodical Purchasing
- Seminary faculty assume the major responsibility for collection development. Any member of the SJS community may suggest titles for purchase, but each suggestion must be approved by the appropriate department chairperson before being sent to the librarian.
Book Reserves
- Faculty may place titles in any media on reserve for their classes. Lists should be sent to Peter Laurence at least 2 weeks before the start of the term.
Library Instruction Sessions for Classes
- The librarian is available to instruct classes on specific research assignments, at the request of the professor. Contact Dr. Victoria Brennan.
