This work addresses biblical theology and articles present the pastoral perspective of the topic. Seven introductory articles provide the reader with an overview of biblical topics such as: versions of the Bible, biblical interpretation, and biblical theology. Articles in the main body of the dictionary vary in length depending on the scope of the topic. Major articles may have several individual articles written under the topic. For example under the topic "temple" there are three articles addressing the Old Testament, New Testament, and the Pastoral-Liturgical Tradition. Entries are signed and include cross references .

CONCORDANCES TO THE ENGLISH BIBLE

A biblical concordance is an alphabetical index to the key words found in the Bible accompanied by a citation to the location of the word in the text. Some concordances are analytical. These concordances will include definitions and the Greek and Hebrew form of the word. There are several concordances available on the internet.
